Initiation Requirements
Selective and disciplined. Initiation is earned through demonstrated competence: control plane literacy, policy judgment, and calm incident practice.
Baseline competence
Not beginner material. Principal-level expectations.
- Scheduler constraints: resources, priorities, topology, Pending diagnostics.
- Control plane semantics: API server behavior, etcd bottlenecks, admission chain failure modes.
- Controllers/CRDs: reconcile semantics, status design, backpressure, leader election.
- Governance: RBAC, workload identity, policy rollout discipline, tenancy boundaries.
- Operations: incident protocol, reversibility, postmortem rigor, institutional learning.
Evidence standard
How Kubblai evaluates seriousness.
The Order values evidence over confidence. If you claim you understand a failure mode, you should be able to name the signals that prove it and the smallest intervention that changes the outcome.
